What is the recommended time frame to reserve our rentals?

4-6 months out is typically safe, but if you find a “must have” item- we recommend reserving it right away. With our boutique inventory, things move quickly and we don’t want you to miss out on that extra special piece!

What deposit is required to reserve our rentals?

We require a 50% deposit and signed rental agreement to hold your order, but you’re welcome to modify your quantities up to 2 weeks out from your event date. your deposit will also be your order minimum.

Cancellation and COVID-19 policy?

If your event is postponed due to COVID-19, your deposit is transferable to your new date. In the case of a cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit unless you choose to retain the credit for a future event.

How far will you deliver?

We are centrally located between Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison, and typically stay within this triangle region. If you’re a little further, reach out for a delivery quote! Pricing is based on location, delivery and retrieval times and the quantity and size of items rented.

Can you set up and style our rentals?

Yes, subject to availability, this is always an add-on option! Otherwise, we will simply deliver and retrieve rental items.

Can we pick up our own rentals?

If your rental items fit safely within your enclosed vehicle/trailer, and your event falls between November and April, you are more than welcome to pickup from our warehouse! We no longer offer will-call pickups during "season."

How soon should we reach out about an event we would like to work with you on?

While the design process for your event may only take a month, our schedule is determined quite far in advance. Certainly reach out as soon as you’re considering our services to get on the books!
